We are a Non-Profit section 501(c)(3) Corporation organized to provide support for projects which foster a collaborative exchange of ideas between communities to enhance and put into practice educational curriculum and teaching methods which contribute to the use of Local Wisdom and Indigenous Ways of Knowing by educators who bear the privilege and responsibility of cultivating the intellectual development of the children who are the next generation and only hope for the sustainability of human society.  All academic subject areas are suitable for curriculum content; however the corporation shall favor projects which integrate mathematics, science and written language instruction into subject areas which address a current need of the local community.  Projects will work to incorporate the use of local languages into the curriculum and teaching methods used and thus preserve the local culture and thought patterns which have been imbedded in the language by the past seven generations.
